These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lightcademy website, courses, digital products, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

1) Who we are

Lightcademy is a trade name (DBA) of Everett Dunn LLC ("Lightcademy," "we," "us," or "our"). Lightcademy provides self-paced training in awareness, subtle energy, and expanded perception.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3) Accounts and access

  • You may need an account to access certain parts of the Services.

  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

  • Your account is personal to you and may not be shared or transferred.

  • We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your account has been compromised or used in violation of these Terms.

4) Purchases and payments

  • Prices, features, and availability may change over time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.

  • When you purchase a course or digital product, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method.

  • Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Refunds: Because our courses and digital products are delivered instantly and include downloadable content, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, except where required by law.

  • Chargebacks: If you dispute a charge with your payment provider, we may suspend access to the Services while the dispute is resolved.

5) Digital products and course access

  • Access to courses and digital products is provided immediately after purchase.

  • We may update, modify, or discontinue content or features from time to time. If we discontinue a course you purchased, we will give reasonable notice so you can download any available materials.

  • You are responsible for having the required device, software, and internet access.

6) License and acceptable use

A. Limited license

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. Downloaded files are for your personal use only.

B. You agree not to

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or share the Services or content (including login access) except as explicitly permitted.

  • Share, upload, or redistribute downloaded files.

  • Record, rip, or download video or audio content except where we provide an explicit download option.

  • Use the Services or content to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

  • Use the Services to harass, abuse, defame, or harm others.

  • Attempt to bypass security, access restrictions, or payment gates.

  • Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Services.

  • Use the Services in a way that violates any law or regulation.

7) Intellectual property

  • The Services and all content (including videos, audio, text, graphics, branding, and course materials) are owned by Lightcademy or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

  • No rights are granted to you except as expressly stated in these Terms.

8) User content (if applicable)

If the Services allow you to post comments, messages, or other content ("User Content"):

  • You retain ownership of your User Content.

  • You grant Lightcademy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your User Content solely to operate and improve the Services.

  • You are responsible for your User Content and confirm you have the rights to post it.

  • We may remove User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

9) Community guidelines (if applicable)

If Lightcademy offers community spaces, you agree to engage respectfully. We may moderate content and remove posts or suspend accounts for behavior that undermines safety or trust.

10) Health, wellness, and personal development disclaimer

Lightcademy provides educational content for personal development and exploration. The Services are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and are not a substitute for professional care.

  • Always use your own judgment and proceed at a pace that feels safe and grounded.

  • If you have a medical or mental health condition (including a history of trauma, dissociation, psychosis, or seizures), consider consulting a qualified professional before engaging in intensive practices.

  • If you experience distress, stop the practice and seek appropriate support.

  • If you are in crisis or experiencing an emergency, contact local emergency services.

11) No guarantees

We do not guarantee any specific results. Your experience depends on many factors, including your practice, consistency, and individual circumstances.

12) Third-party services and links

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party websites or tools (for example, payment processors, video hosting, and analytics). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be governed by their own terms and policies.

13) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Services, other users, or our rights.

Upon termination, any license granted to you ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute terms).

14) Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

15) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIGHTCADEMY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT WILL LIGHTCADEMY'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LIGHTCADEMY FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

16) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lightcademy and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

17) Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and update the "Last updated" date above. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice as required.

18) Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the courts located in Texas, USA, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

19) General

  • Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Lightcademy regarding the Services.

  • Severability: If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

  • No waiver: Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

  • Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer these Terms in connection with a sale, merger, or reorganization of our business.
